Southern National Bank - Monticello

Location: Sugar Land, Texas
Construction Cost: $2.1 Million
Architect: Kirksey & Partners
Client: Southern National Bank

Replicated after Thomas Jefferson's Virginia home "Monticello", this project houses Southern National Bank's corporate offices.

Mission Constructors was engaged during the Schematic Design Phase of the project and provided schematic pricing, scheduling, value-engineering, project management, and construction services.

This project has incorporated several items from the original "Monticello", including dumb waiter, revolving serving door, one leaf operational door powering the second leaf, and a twenty-eight foot diameter dome.

Other highlights include the first lock vault door built in 1898, 150 year old pecan flooring and antique door hardware imported from Hungary.
