Mission's approach to construction allows early decisions regarding project objectives, which shortens the traditional design/price/build process. We join the owner and architect as a member of the building team at the start of the design phase to assist in establishing project standards, budgets, and schedules. Pricing begins as design documents are being completed, giving the owner cost input in the early stages of the project, this allows for an early guarantee of the maximum construction price offered to the owner.
